General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through injectsupply.com, operated by Carestores B.V. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

Injectsupply.com means the online store operated by Carestores B.V.
Customer means any natural person or legal entity purchasing products through injectsupply.com
Consumer means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession
Business Customer means a natural or legal person acting in the course of business
Agreement means any purchase agreement concluded between injectsupply.com and the Customer.
Products means all medical consumables and related products offered through injectsupply.com

Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every quotation, offer, order and agreement made through injectsupply.com. Any deviations are only valid if agreed in writing. General purchasing conditions of the customer are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing by injectsupply.com.

Offers and Product Information

Injectsupply.com aims to provide accurate descriptions, specifications and images. Minor differences in colour, packaging, manufacturer updates or product appearance do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation, provided the functionality remains unchanged. Obvious errors, typographical mistakes or pricing errors do not bind injectsupply.com. Offers remain valid while stocks last unless stated otherwise.

Orders

An agreement is concluded once injectsupply.com has accepted the order and sent an order confirmation. Injectsupply.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

payment cannot be verified
fraud is suspected
export restrictions apply
products are unavailable
pricing errors occurred
legal obligations prevent fulfilment

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where legally applicable unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed. Injectsupply.com reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. Orders remain the property of injectsupply.com until full payment has been received. If payment cannot be collected, injectsupply.com may suspend or cancel the order.

Shipping and delivery

Injectsupply.com ships throughout the European Union and selected additional destinations where indicated on the website. Orders placed before the published daily cut-off time are generally dispatched the same business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Injectsupply.com cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

customs authorities
transport companies
weather conditions
strikes
force majeure
incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Orders are shipped with Track & Trace whenever available. Products are packaged discreetly without external references to the nature of the contents. Orders containing thirty (30) product boxes or more may require additional processing time due to separate quality control and logistics procedures. Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the specified delivery address.

Availability

Although injectsupply.com strives to maintain accurate stock information, temporary stock shortages may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, injectsupply.com may:

offer an alternative product
deliver the remaining items
delay shipment after informing the customer
cancel the unavailable items and refund the corresponding amount

Right of withdrawal

Consumers residing within the European Union are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the products, unless a statutory exception applies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify injectsupply.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must:

be unused
remain complete
be returned in their original packaging
include all supplied accessories

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For reasons of hygiene, patient safety and medical integrity, the right of withdrawal does not apply where products have been unsealed after delivery if those products are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Examples include, but are not limited to:

insulin syringes
pen needles
hypodermic needles
sterile syringes
alcohol swabs where the protective seal has been broken
other sterile medical consumables

This limitation does not affect the customer’s statutory warranty rights.

Inspection and complaints

Customers should inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt. Visible defects or shipping damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible. Complaints regarding hidden defects should be submitted without undue delay after discovery. Injectsupply.com will investigate every complaint and provide an appropriate solution where justified.

Warranty

Products supplied by injectsupply.com are covered by statutory warranty rights. Warranty does not apply where defects result from:

misuse
improper storage
modifications
use contrary to manufacturer instructions
normal wear
accidental damage

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided by the manufacturer.

Product use

Injectsupply.com supplies medical consumables intended for professional or personal use according to applicable instructions. Customers remain responsible for:

selecting appropriate products
verifying compatibility with their medical devices
following manufacturer instructions
complying with applicable laws and regulations

Product compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility between purchased products and their own medical devices or treatment. Injectsupply.com cannot be held liable for incompatibility where incorrect products were ordered.

Liability

Injectsuppy.com’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the relevant products unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Injectsupply.com shall not be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:

loss of profit
business interruption
consequential damages
loss of data
missed savings

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Force majeure

Injectsupply.com shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

war
terrorism
pandemics
governmental measures
transportation disruptions
cyber incidents
supplier failures
natural disasters
power failures

During force majeure, obligations may be suspended. If force majeure continues for an extended period, either party may terminate the agreement without compensation.

Intellectual property

All website content, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos and trademarks, remains the property of injectsupply.com or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Privacy

Personal data are processed in accordance with the injectsupply.com privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Business customers

Business customers are expected to inspect deliveries immediately. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, business customers are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Business customers remain responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with applicable local regulations for resale or professional use.

Export compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws and regulations in the destination country. Injectsupply.com reserves the right to refuse shipments where export restrictions or sanctions apply.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the consumer’s country of residence remains unaffected where required by law.

Disputes

The competent Dutch courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms and conditions, unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Amendments

Injectsupply.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The version published on the website at the time of placing the order shall apply to that order.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision reflecting the original intent as closely as possible.
